Role Overview

Reporting to the Director of Restaurant Success, the Enterprise Restaurant Success Manager is responsible for owning and growing relationships with Seated's largest and most strategic restaurant partners. This role serves as a trusted advisor to enterprise hospitality groups, helping them maximize the value of the Seated platform while driving retention, expansion, and long_term revenue growth.

You’ll manage a portfolio of multi-location restaurant groups, partnering with executive and operational stakeholders to develop strategic account plans, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure partners are achieving measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex organizations with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise restaurant groups/franchise groups and corporate hospitality partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with executive, operational, and marketing leaders across partner organizations.
• Develop strategic account plans focused on retention, revenue growth, and long-term partnership success.
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities through upsells, increased platform adoption, and new restaurant launches.
• Conduct recurring business reviews that leverage data and insights to demonstrate ROI and recommend growth strategies.
• Consult with partners on optimization, pricing strategy, and best practices to maximize performance on the Seated platform.
• Lead renewal and churn conversations while consistently achieving quarterly revenue and retention goals.
• Proactively identify account risks and develop action plans to improve partner health and reduce churn.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Support to advocate for enterprise partners and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and tracking within Salesforce.

• 4+ years of experience in hospitality/restaurant enterprise account management, customer success, strategic partnerships, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven success managing large, complex customer relationships with multiple stakeholders and executive-level contacts.
• Demonstrated track record of growing existing accounts through renewals, upsells, or expansion opportunities while meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities across a portfolio of high-value accounts.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 OTE (80% base + 20% variable)
