The Mission Control Operator monitors, analyzes, and supports automated material handling systems within warehouse and distribution center environments. Essential Functions

  • Serve as the first point of response for system issues by documenting incidents, managing support tickets, escalating mechanical, electrical, software, and controls issues to the appropriate teams, and coordinating resolution efforts.
  • Create and maintain operational reports, fault documentation, user guides, and training materials while supporting the training of internal teams and customers to improve system knowledge and reduce recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with Software Support Engineers, global support teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to communicate system status, resolve high-impact issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in a rotating 24/7 support schedule to monitor automated systems, respond to production-impacting events, and ensure consistent operational performance.
