  • Mentorship: Assist in training ground crews and maintaining job site efficiency through professional expertise.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as a subject matter expert, communicating clearly with St. Louis homeowners to ensure expectations are exceeded.

Requirements
We are seeking an individual who treats arboriculture as a craft, not just a job.
  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in professional tree climbing and technical rigging.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of modern climbing gear (SRT/SRS or MRS) and aerial safety standards.
  • Professional Mindset: A commitment to maintaining equipment, fostering safety, and taking ownership of daily production.

All candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana), criminal background check, MVR check, and DOT physical (where applicable) before starting employment. Candidates must meet all screening requirements as a condition of employment.
We hire great people for our employee-owned company. You will become a partner in the highest quality lawn and tree company in the Midwest. Why work at RYAN? In addition to being a non-smoking & EEOC company with advancement opportunities, other great benefits include:
