Job description

Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer) – Minimum 2 Years Experience

We are seeking a professional and energetic Pilates Instructor to teach mat and reformer classes for clients of all fitness levels. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, confident leading group sessions, and experienced in providing modifications for beginners through advanced clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead safe and engaging mat and reformer Pilates classes
  • Provide instruction and modifications for all fitness levels
  • Create a positive and motivating class environment
  • Ensure proper form and technique
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio equipment
  • Build strong relationships with clients and encourage retention

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Pilates teaching experience
  • Certified Pilates Instructor
  • Experience teaching both mat and reformer classes
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • CPR/AED certification preferred
  • Reliable, professional, and punctual
