Job description
Rox est à la recherche d’un(e) technicien(ne) comptable afin de soutenir les opérations administratives et financières de plusieurs sites de l’entreprise.
Le poste s’adresse à une personne capable d’évoluer dans un environnement manufacturier rapide où les priorités changent fréquemment et où plusieurs dossiers doivent être gérés simultanément.
Principales responsabilités
Effectuer l’entrée de données comptables;
Faire le suivi des comptes fournisseurs et comptes clients;
Participer aux conciliations bancaires, aux DAS, aux rapports de taxes.
Répondre au téléphone et rediriger les appels;
Accueillir les visiteurs à l’entrée;
Effectuer divers suivis administratifs pour plusieurs sites;
Produire différents rapports demandés par la direction;
Gérer plusieurs demandes urgentes en parallèle;
Respecter des échéanciers serrés, particulièrement en période de fin de mois;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes selon les besoins opérationnels.
Conditions de travail
Poste à temps plein (40/heures/semaine) en présentiel;
Travail réparti entre plusieurs sites;
Présence requise selon les heures normales de bureau et les besoins opérationnels;
Périodes plus intensives lors des fins de mois et des périodes de fermeture comptable;

Exigences
DEP ou DEC en comptabilité ou expérience pertinente en milieu manufacturier (2-3 ans)
Connaissance d’un ERP manufacturier (Business Central, Prextra ou équivalent) constitue un atout;
Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des outils Google Workspace;
Bonne capacité à travailler sous pression;
Capacité à gérer un volume élevé de travail;
Facilité à s’adapter rapidement aux changements de priorités
Autonomie, rigueur, polyvalence et disponibilité.
Très bonne connaissance du français et de l’anglais requise afin de communiquer efficacement avec notre importante clientèle américaine ainsi qu’avec nos clients et partenaires d’affaires anglophones au Canada.
