About the Role:

Role Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role focuses on gathering requirements, improving Salesforce processes, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with business needs across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Support teams.

The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience translating business requirements into scalable system solutions.


Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points.
  • Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
  • Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Salesforce System Support & Optimization
  • Work with Salesforce administration and development teams to implement enhancements.
  • Support configuration changes, including:
    • Objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
    • Reports and dashboards
    • Automation (Flow / Process Builder where applicable)
  • Identify system gaps and recommend improvements.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Design and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for operational and executive visibility.
  • Support KPI tracking across sales, customer success, and operational teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting layers.
