The Heller College of Business (HCB) at Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois, invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track teaching Assistant Professor of Integrated Marketing and Communications (IMC)/Marketing. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to high-quality undergraduate (and/or graduate) teaching, student engagement, and applied learning in IMC/marketing. This position emphasizes instructional excellence, curriculum delivery, and service contributions that support the mission of the department, college, and university.
Teaching of undergraduate and/or graduate IMC/Marketing courses, which may include:
  • Principles of IMC/Marketing
  • Digital and Social Media Marketing
  • Brand Storytelling
  • Consumer Behavior
  • Integrated Marketing Communications
  • Campaign Planning
  • Advertising Media
  • Marketing Strategy

Please note that this position will also include participation in university, college, and departmental-level service.

The salary range for this position is $85,000-$88,000.

  • Experience in teaching in multiple modalities (in-person, hybrid, and/or online).
  • Be familiar with learning management systems, such as Blackboard.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior college-level teaching experience in IMC/marketing.
  • Professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, branding, analytics, or related fields.
  • ABD or Ph.D.
