About the role
As a Sales Executive, Strategic Accounts at ROGII, you'll be the go-to expert for our key global clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our software solutions. You'll build trusted partnerships across Subsurface, IT, and Data teams, aligning ROGII's technology with their workflows and strategic goals. From guiding complex integrations to identifying growth opportunities, you'll play a vital role in driving client success and expanding ROGII's footprint in the Oil & Gas digital transformation.
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic IOC accounts
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals
  • Support account strategy, renewals, and multi-year expansion plans.
  • Provide expertise in subsurface data, workflows, and integration
  • Build trusted relationships with Subsurface, IT, Data, and Procurement
  • teams
  • Support large account sales cycles by identifying opportunities to expand
  • our footprint and value within existing accounts. Contribute to proposal
  • development and technical validation.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities through trusted partner
  • engagement
  • Align customer workflows with product capabilities and roadmap
  • Represent the company in client meetings and industry events
  • Up to 10% domestic travel

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 5+ years of customer-facing SaaS and software sales, subsurface data in oil
  • and gas
  • Deep technical knowledge across subsurface data and workflows. Prior
  • experienced as a technical advisor preferred
  • Exceptional communication, both written and verbal
  • Technical experience working with geoscience, drilling, reservoir
  • engineering disciplines
  • Energetic, self-starter, and highly motivated individual with constructive,
  • creative ideas
  • Previous experience/exposure with ROGII software products is a plus
