While Indaco celebrates the depth and soul of Italian tradition, this concept leans into a lighter, brighter, unmistakably seafood-forward coastal perspective.
The menu celebrates coastal Italian cooking with a focus on fresh, local seafood, crudos, whole roasted fish, housemade pestos, and rich olive oils with unfussy, intentional preparations that allow ingredients to shine. Wood-fired dishes and seasonal accompaniments round out a menu inspired by the coastal land and surrounding sea. What we will ask of you:
- Welcome, greet, and monitor guests dining experience to ensure all are satisfied with food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to any requests
- Always remain educated on our menu offerings and answer questions about our food, beverages, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services
- Perform side work for each shift as required and maintain service areas throughout shift
- Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income
Requirements for Success:
- Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
- Be 18 years of age or older and at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
- A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
