    About Property:
    Cooperstown All Star Village is a world-class baseball resort and tournament destination where youth athletes, families, and coaches experience the magic of America's pastime. We host weeklong tournaments, fan engagement events, and family-friendly activities that celebrate the love of baseball.
    Position Summary:
    The Events & Experiences Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of on-site activations, special events, and fan engagement programs. This is an exciting, hands-on role for a creative and energetic individual who wants to gain experience in sports event management, experiential marketing, and guest experience operations.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist with the planning and execution of daily and weekly Cooperstown All Star Village events, including:
    • Opening Ceremonies, Mom's Home Run Derby, Cornhole Classic, Championship games, and many other family fun activities
    • Assist in management of Home Run Dugout, a batting cage simulator experience
    • Assist in live TV production of first annual Ripken National Championships
    • Help manage event set-up, signage, registration, and participant flow.
    • Assist with guest experience enhancements, including interactive games, contests, and themed entertainment.
    • Provide on-site operational support, including logistics, equipment, and vendor coordination.
    • Collect feedback from guests and participants to help improve future experiences.

    Qualifications:
    • Currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Event Planning, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
    • Creative problem solver with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
    • Passion for baseball, youth sports, and live events a big plus!
    • Availability to work evenings and weekends during tournament season.
