What You'll Do
As a High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Executive, you will:
- Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of high net worth personal lines clients
- Deliver exceptional service while managing all aspects of client insurance programs
- Build strong, lasting relationships that drive client retention and satisfaction
- Evaluate coverage needs and identify opportunities for account rounding and risk protection
- Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to provide timely, proactive service
- Market and remarket accounts as needed to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Support department growth through client retention and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure compliance with service standards and best practices
- Mentor, guide, and collaborate with team members to achieve exceptional results
- Solve complex client issues with confidence, professionalism, and urgency

Qualifications
- Texas Property & Casualty License required
- 8+ years of experience in a retail insurance agency environment
- Experience serving High Net Worth or Private Client customers required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage analysis
- Proficiency managing complex client accounts and carrier relationships
