Position Overview
Rezolut is seeking a Medical Imaging Equipment Engineer to service, maintain, and repair Siemens Mammography, MR, and Ultrasound systems across our network in the Northeast. While Siemens certification is required, experience servicing other diagnostic imaging modalities—such as GE and Hologic—is highly valued. This position requires travel and offers training, career growth, competitive pay, PTO, and benefits.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair Siemens Mammography, MRI, and Ultrasound systems.
  • Service additional diagnostic imaging equipment from GE, Hologic, or other OEMs, as needed.
  • Complete preventive maintenance, modifications, setup, calibration, QC, and QA per OEM specifications.
  • Maintain service records, daily customer communications, and follow-up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain tools, test equipment, and ensure proper calibration.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams while also operating independently in the field.
  • Lift, carry, and transport tools and equipment as required.
  • Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers.
Required Education & Experience
  • Siemens certification for diagnostic imaging systems is required.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent technical training; OEM Radiology, Electrical, or Technology experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment, including Siemens systems.
  • Experience with mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic diagnostic imaging systems.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to travel regularly.
Preferred Experience
  • Hands-on experience with other OEM imaging systems: GE, Hologic, etc.
  • Customer-focused service experience in medical imaging environments.
Benefits
  • PTO accrual from day one (Full-Time)
  • 6 Observed Holidays
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and voluntary insurance options
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Employee Assistance Program
Job Type: Full-time
