โ€ข Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and responsiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
โ€ข Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet project and business objectives.
โ€ข Review and seal survey plans, plats, and related deliverables in accordance with Maryland regulations and professional standards.
โ€ข Coordinate with field crews, CAD staff, and other disciplines to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
โ€ข Mentor and support survey staff by providing technical guidance and professional development.
โ€ข Assist with proposals, scope development, and project planning as needed.
Qualifications
Required

Preferred
โ€ข Active Professional Land Surveyor license in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey.
โ€ข Experience supporting land development, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
โ€ข Prior experience mentoring survey staff or leading project teams.
โ€ข Familiarity with a multidisciplinary consulting environment.
What We Offer
โ€ข Competitive salary commensurate with experience and licensure.
โ€ข Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP); 100% employee-owned company.
