Job Summary The Assistant to the Director of Structural Concrete Operations is responsible for assisting in the development of all aspects of concrete, civil, and site operations, ensuring efficient project execution, quality control, safety compliance, and workforce development. This role requires initiative and the ability to understand and work with production schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities Monitoring and tracking performance metrics of the Site/Civil & Foundation and Vertical Concrete Shaft departments, ensuring compliance with budgets and standard operating procedures. Develop production schedules, workforce planning, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and productivity. Assist with concrete operations, including quality control, logistics, and constructability coordination with the Engineering Department.

Participate in weekly scheduling meetings with Operations and monthly project reviews with Finance. Assist with regular inspections, audits, and troubleshooting for concrete, piping, and sitework-related challenges. Assisting with the promotion of a culture of safety, ensuring all operations adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies.

Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors Assist with the budgeting process and monitoring project cost. Represent Phoenix Fabricators and Erectors, LLC in client meetings and project discussions. Assist with Identifying process improvement opportunities Be available year-round to assist with operational challenges, respond to internal and external inquiries, and ensure seamless project execution.
