Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors via video chat, using evidence-based counseling techniques.
• Foster open discussions that encourage clients to express their feelings and share experiences, thereby promoting self-awareness and personal growth.
• Advocate for clients by identifying their needs and assisting in goal setting that is both realistic and achievable to enhance their well-being.
• Evaluate clients' mental health status consistently, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement effective, solution-focused therapeutic strategies based on your clinical expertise.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, adapting your approach based on what is most effective for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients are primarily stable adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns. We provide a supportive platform that focuses on addressing low acuity cases, allowing you to build therapeutic relationships with clients without the complexities of severe mental health diagnoses. Furthermore, we take your specialties and demographic preferences into account to ensure a good match with your clients.

Qualifications

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Licensing: Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently in your respective field (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated clinical skills with the ability to create and execute effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities, combined with a compassionate demeanor that helps foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Comfortable using digital technology and telehealth platforms for counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a remote counseling setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

At Core Solutions Integration Services, we value our team and offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, all full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend to help cover medical expenses. Counseling professionals can expect weekly direct deposits for timely compensation.
