This role offers flexible schedule options, clinical leadership, direct practice, and an unparalleled work-life balance through an industry-leading compensation and benefits package.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $90,000 – $105,000 / year (commensurate with experience for full-time position)

  • $20,000 Retention Bonus: Get rewarded for your loyalty with $10,000 at your 1-year anniversary and another $10,000 at your 2-year anniversary! (full-time position)

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Unlimited PTO (take the time you need to recharge and maintain clinical excellence)

  • Work-Life Balance: One remote work day per week (BCBAs conduct case management from a home office)

  • Health Insurance: Low-cost, high-quality medical, dental, and vision insurance options

  • Professional Support: CEU allowance, malpractice insurance, and ongoing professional development support

Schedule Options

We are offering two flexible schedule options to fit your lifestyle:

  • Full-Time: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Part-Time: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Behavioral Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills-based assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) to identify the function of behaviors and current skill levels.

  • Program Development: Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP/BIP) using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

  • Supervision & Training: Provide direct, ongoing clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and line staff to ensure consistent and ethical treatment delivery.

  • Caregiver Collaboration: Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions to promote generalization of skills and ensure effective implementation of behavioral strategies across relevant environments.

  • Data Analysis & Modification: Continuously collect, graph, and analyze behavioral and skill acquisition data to monitor client progress and make data-based treatment modifications.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Complete clinical documentation—including treatment plans, progress reports, session notes, and supervision notes—accurately and in a timely manner according to ethical, clinical, and funding requirements.

  • Team Collaboration: Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings (with clinical psychologists, speech therapists, etc.) to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.

Qualifications Required

  • Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification issued by the BACB.

  • Licensure: Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona State Behavior Analyst License (LBA).

  • Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
