Role Description This full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role is based in Nederland, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and support customers with product selection and solution recommendations for process equipment needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and growing assigned accounts, generating new leads, following up on opportunities, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing. The role also involves tracking sales activity in CRM systems, responding promptly to customer questions, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will build strong relationships, contribute to revenue growth, and uphold Relevant Solutions’ commitment to efficient, customer-focused service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including managing inbound inquiries, preparing quotes, and closing opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to respond promptly, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Account Management skills to identify new opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to discuss technical solutions clearly with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of industrial or process equipment, or willingness to learn technical product details quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM and standard office software for tracking opportunities, orders, and customer interactions.
- Ability to work on-site in Nederland, TX, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
