Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with occasional after-hours emergency availability

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS AN APARTMENT FACILITIES TECHNICIAN:

  • Travel directly from home to assigned job sites each day
  • Complete a wide variety of maintenance and repair requests
  • Turn over apartment units, including painting when needed
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
  • Document all work performed and communicate updates clearly
  • Participate in occasional virtual team meetings
  • Respond to emergency calls as needed

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE AS OUR APARTMENT FACILITIES TECHNICIAN:

  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and drywall
  • Basic computer skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 2+ years of experience in residential maintenance or equivalent repair ability (preferred)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
