2nd Shift Call Center Representative

Are you a people person who loves connecting with others and helping them solve problems? We're looking for a 2nd Shift Call Center Representative to join our team and be the friendly voice on the other end of the line for our customers. In this role, you'll play a key part in setting appointments and ensuring our customers have a positive experience from start to finish. If you're ready to make a difference and help our sales team succeed, this is the job for you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Making outbound and taking inbound calls with a smile and positive attitude
• Setting up appointments between interested prospects and our sales reps
• Answering customer questions, offering solutions, and providing the best service possible
• Entering call details and outcomes into our CRM system
• Helping our team hit goals by identifying and qualifying leads
• Resolving customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Meeting or exceeding personal and team sales goals
• Connecting customers to the right department when needed

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, energetic attitude with a love for making phone calls
• Someone who can learn quickly and grasp product and service information
• Coachable and open to training and feedback
• Comfortable using computers and basic software
• Great communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide variety of people
• A strong work ethic, dependable, and driven to meet goals
• Previous call center or sales experience is a plus but not required
• Able to work a rotating schedule of 12:00pm - 8:00pm and 10:00am - 6:00pm.
