    Job Summary:
    Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team! The System Administrator provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems while managing daily activities and providing problem resolution across various devices.
    Responsibilities:
    • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
    • Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
    • Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution across client/server/storage/network and mobile devices
    • Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems; install/load OS software
    • Troubleshoot, maintain integrity of, and configure network components; implement OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance
    • Optimize system operations and resource utilization; perform system capacity analysis and planning
    Qualifications:
    Required:
    • Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
    • Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
    • DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level I or higher
    • Experience with DevOps and AWS
    • Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems; install/load OS software
    • Troubleshoot, maintain integrity of, and configure network components; implement OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance
    • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
    • Optimize system operations and resource utilization; perform system capacity analysis and planning
    • TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
