Job Summary:
Red Alpha is seeking a Sensors Product Manager to manage customer requirements and provide technical oversight to a diverse team of developers working on complex software and hardware solutions. The role requires extensive experience in software development management and familiarity with DoD programs.
Responsibilities:

• provide technical oversight to a diverse team of developers working on a complex suite of software and hardware solutions
Qualifications:
Required:
• 12+ years experience in similar role and Bachelor's degree from an accredited college OR Master's degree and 10 years experience
• 8+ years of experience in software development or software development management
• Experience developing or managing DoD programs
• Experience developing work plans and milestones based on customer requirements
• Knowledge of and familiarity with secure software development life cycle, principals and standards
• Experience working with small to medium enterprise business solutions beyond the standard development role
• A TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
Preferred:
• Familiarity with the CI/CD concepts, practice and implementation
