We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing GTM team and help drive the next stage of our growth in the U.S. market.

This is the first Enterprise Account Executive role at REAL and our first sales hire in the U.S. You’ll play a foundational role in building our enterprise sales motion, landing strategic customers, shaping our sales playbook, and working directly with the founders to define how we scale in the U.S.

You’ll sell an innovative AI platform to some of the world’s largest real estate organizations, own complex enterprise sales cycles, build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, and help customers transform the way they operate.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on seller who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business problems, and is excited about building something from the ground up at the intersection of AI and commercial real estate.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Build and grow strategic enterprise accounts from the ground up.
• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and multiple decision-makers across customer organizations.
• Understand customer business challenges and position REAL as a strategic AI platform.
• Build account strategies and manage complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales opportunities.
• Partner closely with SDRs, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership throughout the customer journey.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and executive presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity.
• Work directly with the founders to help shape our enterprise GTM strategy and provide market feedback.
• Stay up to date on AI, commercial real estate, and enterprise technology trends

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales with a strong track record of closing complex deals.
• Experience selling AI, SaaS, enterprise software, or other complex technology solutions.
• OR experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Retail Broker, or another customer-facing commercial real estate advisor with a proven history of winning and managing strategic client relationships.
• Experience managing long, consultative enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, adapt, and execute in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
