We’re looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, engaging in a dynamic team environment, and are eager to learn.

This is an onsite role in Tucson, AZ

What You will Do:

  • You will execute and analyze simulations in a high-performance computing environment, which can include the use of Graphics Processing Units (GPUs), to support missile system design/trade studies, performance assessment, and system test.
  • You will work within a team to develop analysis of the data for the specific task as well as provide insight and understanding of the system performance, recognizing and troubleshooting any anomalies observed in the simulation results
  • You will ensure the solutions provided meet their defined requirements and function as needed through rigorous verification and validation.  This activity utilizes data from a number of sources up to and including system level flight testing.

Please note: We are not seeking engineers with an AutoCAD or 3-D modeling background or network modeling from an IT perspective.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Requires a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree
  • Experience applying object-oriented software design in C++, C, and using MATLAB or Python for evaluation of data sets
  • Experience developing or simulating physical systems
  • Experience in modeling, simulation, statistics, or analysis for existing or proposed engineering solutions
  • This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • College coursework covering object-oriented programming with proficiency in Linux or Unix
  • Knowledge/course work of radar, signal & image processing, digital communications, control theories, estimation theory and/or electro optics.
  • Knowledge of physics, random variables, and its application to solving engineering problems.
  • Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA."
  • Current/Active DoD security clearance or SSBI.
  • ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
