The Banquet House Attendant is primarily responsible for delivering exceptional banquet and conference services to the guests. This individual will promote a safe and welcoming working environment to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
Essential functions
Assists with setting up and tear-down for event functions, to include buffets and coffee breaks.
Maintain stock and cleanliness of back of house workspace with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.
Transport all needed service materials and props to banquet/function rooms and storage.
Service meeting breaks
Vacuum and sanitize function space
Set up and operate LCD projector, laptop computer, overhead projector, TVs and monitors
Open and close banquet checks in POS system
Meet grooming standards of the hotel as set out in the Team Member Handbook.
Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and meetings as required.
