The 'To Go' position is centered around efficiently managing and fulfilling customer orders for takeout and delivery services within a fast-paced environment. The primary goal is to ensure that all orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and ready for timely pickup or delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires close coordination with kitchen staff, delivery personnel, and front-of-house teams to streamline operations and minimize wait times. Additionally, the position involves handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to orders with professionalism and care. Ultimately, the 'To Go' role is vital in enhancing the overall customer experience by providing reliable and efficient service for off-premise dining needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic experience with customer service or food service environments.
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
