    Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Angular Lead to design, develop and lead the implementation of modern web applications. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Angular, leadership skills, and the ability to guide front-end teams in building scalable and high-performance user interfaces.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the design and development of complex Angular-based web applications.
    • Define front-end architecture, coding standards and best practices.
    • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers and product teams.
    • Break down requirements into technical tasks and guide the team through implementation.
    • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance and security standards.
    • Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
    • Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and technical design discussions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI and integration issues.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Strong hands-on experience with Angular (versions 8+ / Angular 12+ preferred).
    • Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3.
    • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
    • Strong understanding of state management libraries (NgRx, RxJS).
    • Experience with responsive design and modern UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Material UI, etc.).
    • Experience with build tools such as Webpack, npm and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with micro-frontend architecture.
    • Knowledge of backend technologies like Java, .NET or Node.js.
    • Experience working in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.


    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
