YOUR TASKS:

• Manage the delivery of our services for one or more key business customers.
• Support customers throughout the onboarding process and guide them in successfully using our services.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate as an equal partner with customers, business partners, and internal teams.
• Monitor service levels and overall service performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Strong understanding of Hybrid Cloud Services, Microsoft technologies, and SAP services.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMI, or similar are an advantage.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT Sales and/or Service Management.
• Experience with modern digital platforms, automation, or AI-powered services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional presence.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany.
• German language proficiency at C1 level and English language proficiency at B2 level.
