•1 – 2 yrs in IBM inforsphere
•Good experience in ETL development & administration
•Good experience in ETL migrations strategy & approach
•Health care experience (Membership enrollment & claims)
•Very good communication skillsResponsibilities1)Lead Audit & validation team
2)Plan & drive the delivery of A&V team for the enterprise releases
3)Understand current Infosphere framework of HIX/A&V applications
4)Develop Approach for Migration from Infosphere to Informatica
5)Develop schedule for migration of Infosphere A&V framework to Informatica
6)Development of Informatica/ETL jobs and job schedule
7)Deploy A&V framework to Informatica
8)Operationalize work intake and delivery processes for future enhancements/maintenance of A&V in the Informatica framework
