PSC Group seeks a motivated, results-driven Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient operations, developing employees, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Lead and supervise daily operations while promoting a strong safety culture
• Maintain compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety standards
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity
• Manage employee performance through coaching, training, and accountability
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and work schedules to meet operational and customer needs
• Collaborate with customers on quality inquiries and coordinate with the team to lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment Complete other duties as assigned

• Proven leadership ability with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Adaptable and organized with the ability to manage changing priorities
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and team development
• Willingness to travel as needed for work assignments

• Previous supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience preferred
• Industrial, quality, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or related experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Regular attendance and punctuality required
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to wear required PPE and pass any associated medical evaluations
• Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, and other site conditions

Monday - Friday Day Shift (Some weekends required)
