About Us
Provive Wellness is a Scranton, PA outpatient practice dedicated to treating substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health conditions with compassionate, evidence-based care. We're building a team of clinicians who want to make a real difference in the Northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA) community.
The Role
We're looking for a fully licensed, independent therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to join our Scranton clinic full-time. You'll carry an individual caseload and facilitate therapy groups for patients navigating substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions, working alongside a supportive, collaborative clinical team that includes prescribers, case managers, and fellow therapists.
What You'll Do
  • Provide individual therapy to a caseload of patients with SUD and/or mental health diagnoses
  • Plan and facilitate therapy groups (e.g., process groups, psychoeducation, relapse prevention)
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with prescribers and case managers for integrated, whole-person care
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Active, independent, unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania (please note: LSW, BCBA, and LAPC - provisional/associate-level licenses - do not qualify for this role)
  • Experience with SUD and/or mental health treatment preferred
  • Comfort running therapy groups as well as carrying an individual caseload
  • Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for helping patients through recovery and mental health treatment

Why Provive Wellness
Meaningful, mission-driven work; supportive clinical team and manageable caseloads; real impact on Scranton/NEPA's mental health and recovery outcomes.
