Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular job site safety audits and ensure hazard remediation

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards

  • Supervise and mentor safety specialists

  • Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and incident follow ups

  • Manage safety documentation and compliance reporting

  • Represent company during OSHA inspections

  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and safety violations

  • Coordinate safety programs including respirator compliance and industrial hygiene

  • Support return to work programs and injury management

  • Collaborate with field leadership to enforce safety practices

Qualifications and Certifications
