Job Description
As Energy Project Manager, you will lead technical delivery across a portfolio of hotel energy efficiency and decarbonization programs in BC. You'll work directly with hotel operators, ownership groups, and asset managers, guiding properties through assessment, long-term capital planning, and project implementation.
This role sits at the intersection of technical advisory and program management. One day, you're on-site conducting an energy assessment. Next, you're facilitating a training session for hotel operators or presenting a business case to an ownership group. You need to be credible in both rooms.
You'll work closely with industry and program partners. You are the primary GreenStep technical resource on the program, responsible for delivery quality, client relationships, partner coordination, and reporting.
