Job description

Summary of Position
ProCraft Cabinetry is looking for a dedicated member to join the cabinet assembly production team.
The Cabinet Assembler/Builder is responsible for the complete assembly process of a cabinet from start to finish.
Detailed on the job training is provided to all team members to ensure that employees are comfortable with the work they are performing, and ensuring that it is done in a safe manner.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
  • Cabinet Assemblers/Builders are responsible for building quality cabinets, and inspecting all parts of the cabinet before assembly for cleanliness and flaws. If flaws exist, Cabinet Assemblers/Builders complete a nonconforming material report and notify a manager.
  • Cabinet Assemblers/Builders inspect each completed item to ensure that it has been constructed accurately, and that the necessary finishes have been applied.
  • Cabinet Assemblers/Builders will utilize power tools such as Impact Drivers, Drills, and Air Powered Nail Guns to ensure the cabinets are build in a professional manner.
  • Additional duties as assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to meet deadlines, exhibit great attention to detail, and communicate in a professional manner.
Familiarity with cabinet fabrication, terminology, or similar industry experience is highly preferred, but not required
ProCraft will train employees to use various pneumatic tools to perform work functions. (Air Powered Nail Guns, Impact Drivers, Drills, Etc)
  • ProCraft will train to consistently meet/exceed production standards
  • Cabinet Assemblers will work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Responsible and hard working with an open mind to learn.
  • Must be able to lift +50 lbs. Regularly throughout the day.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/32nd inch.
