  • Participate in the selection and hiring of teaching staff.
  • Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Must meet requirements of local child care regulatory agency and Primrose School of Braselton.
  • Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
  • At least two years' work experience in a licensed child care facility, kindergarten or early childhood program.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations

  • Rate of pay varies based on education and experience.
