    Night Shift 11:50pm to 8:00am

As a Packer, you'll help ensure our high-quality plastic products are packaged with care and ready to ship worldwide. If you're dependable, energetic, and looking for a full-time role with great benefits and growth potential, this could be the perfect fit for you!  As a Packer, you're responsible for inspecting and packaging plastic products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for shipment.

With 16 manufacturing facilities across North America, we provide innovative packaging solutions that meet the diverse needs of brand owners in the United States and Canada.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inspect finished plastic products for defects, such as cracks, deformities, or color inconsistencies.
    • Package plastic products according to specifications, including selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring proper sealing.
    • Label packages accurately with product information and any necessary warning labels.
    • Monitor and maintain production line efficiency by identifying and resolving any packaging or production issues.
    • Communicate any quality concerns or issues to supervisors and collaborate on solutions.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including disposing of waste materials and adhering to safety guidelines.
    • Monitor and control inventory of packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
    • Other duties as assigned. 

    Qualifications and Skills

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role preferred.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or inconsistencies.
    • Strong time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
    • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy objects as needed.
