What You'll Do
- Support manufacturing planning, process development, and build execution in an AS9100/NADCAP-certified environment
- Work with composite tooling, precision CNC machining, metal fabrication, or heat-treat processes depending on assignment
- Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and aerospace specifications to ensure repeatable, compliant manufacturing processes
- Support first-article builds, process validation, and continuous improvement on the shop floor
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and program teams on defense and aerospace component programs
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Experience in an AS9100 and/or NADCAP-certified aerospace or defense manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with NX, SolidWorks, or similar CAD/CAM software
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person (green card holder) — this role involves ITAR-controlled technical data
