    Hardware Assembler /

    Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift Willing to Train the right candidate

    Join a growing precision manufacturing company specializing in custom printed metal control panels, nameplates, and fabricated components for industrial, aerospace, defense, and commercial customers.

    We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Hardware Assembler to install PEM® hardware and other self-clinching fasteners using a Haeger hardware insertion press. If you take pride in precision work and enjoy producing high-quality parts, we’d like to meet you.

    Responsibilities

    • Operate a Haeger hardware insertion press to install PEM® nuts, studs, standoffs, inserts, and other self-clinching hardware.
    • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and production work orders.
    • Verify correct hardware type, location, orientation, and installation.
    • Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
    • Use measuring equipment including calipers, scales, gauges, and templates.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
    • Assist with light mechanical assembly and other production tasks as needed.
    • Work closely with production and quality personnel to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

    Qualifications

    • Experience operating a Haeger press is preferred but not required—we are willing to train a motivated individual with manufacturing experience.
    • Experience working with sheet metal, precision manufacturing, or mechanical assembly is a plus.
    • Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions.
    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
    • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
    • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
