Job Order Precise Metal Panel Installer & Assembly Worker

Company: ATP East Houston Location: East Houston, TX

Position Overview

ATP East Houston is seeking skilled Metal Panel Installers and Assembly Workers to join our team. Candidates must be precise, detail-oriented, and committed to safety standards.

Schedule
  • Days: Monday- Friday weekends as needed basis 
  • Start Time: 5:00 AM or 7:00 AM (depending on assignment)
  • End Time: Until project completion each day
  • Requirements: Must have proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Job Duties
  • Install and assemble metal panels with precision, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to guide installation.
  • Measure, cut, and fit panels according to project specifications.
  • Assist with material handling, staging, and site preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficiency and safety.
  • Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure installations meet company standards.
  • Report equipment or material issues promptly to supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Experience in metal panel installation or general construction preferred.
  • Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.

  • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
