The Director of Talent Acquisition is a strategic human resources leader, responsible for the design, execution, implementation and continuous improvement of PPGNHAIKโs talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire andย retainย high-quality talent. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will align PPGNHAIK recruitment practices, with workforce planning initiatives, equity-centered hiring principles, and PPGNHAIK organizational goals.ย
Key Responsibilities:ย
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadershipย
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with PPGNHAIK organizational goals, workforce plans, and patient care priorities.ย ย
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CHRO, human resources leadership, and internal stakeholders on labor market trends and recruitment strategies in a unionized andย nonunionizedย geographically diverse reproductive healthcare environment.ย ย
- Lead,ย coachย andย mentorย the talent acquisition team, fosteringย accountability, professionalย growthย and service excellence.ย ย
- Establishย recruitment priorities in collaboration with departmental leaders to address criticalย roles, hard-to-fill positions, and succession planning needs.ย
Recruitment Operations & Full-Cycle Hiringย ย
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for clinical, operational,ย leadershipย and executive roles.ย ย
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, posting timelines and recruitment processes in compliance with CBA and organizational policies.ย ย
- Ensure hiring and onboarding processes are consistent,ย timely, and candidate experience centered while balancing operational and contractual obligations.ย ย
- Implement scalable recruitment workflows to support specialized hiring. โข Manage relationships with ATS and pre-employment screening vendors.ย ย
- Embedย equitableย and inclusive hiring practicesย across all recruitment activities.ย
Candidate & Hiring Manager Experienceย
- Design recruitment processes that deliverย transparentย and engaging candidate experience from application through onboarding.ย ย
- Serve as a partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on best practices, offerย considerations.ย
- ย Establish clear service-deliverย expectations and accountability across the entire recruitment lifecycle.ย ย
- Address and resolve candidate and hiring manager concerns related to the recruitment process.ย
Employer Branding & Talent Pipelinesย
- Develop partnerships with institutions of higher learning, communityย organizationsย and professional associations.ย
- Build proactive pipelines for critical, high-demandย and hard-to-fill roles.ย ย
- Strengthen PPGNHAIKโs employer brand position in the reproductive healthcareย spaceย
Data, Metrics & Continuous Improvementย ย
- Establishย andย monitorย key recruitment metrics to drive decisions and forecast hiring needs.ย
- Identifyย and implement improvements to recruitment systems,ย toolsย and processes to enhance recruitment experience.ย
Compliance & Risk Managementย ย
- Ensure recruitment activitiesย comply withย federal, state, and local employment laws,ย regulationsย and accreditation requirements.ย
- Develop andย maintainย recruitment policies,ย proceduresย and documentation.ย
- Follow all confidentiality standards related to employee data, candidate information, and patient-care regulations.ย

Minimum Qualifications:ย
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive talent acquisition and recruitment leadership experience.ย Strong communicationย and relationship building skills โขย
- Strong understanding of hiring compliance and best practices.ย ย

- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.ย
Preferred Qualifications:ย

Salary Range:ย

Alaskaย -ย $98,867 - $183,610ย annuallyย ย
Hawaiiย -ย $93,663 - $173,946ย annuallyย
