Job description

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: $70,000 Starting Base Salary (Room for growth)

Schedule

  • Full-time flexible: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Earlier start and finish times available if preferred.
  • In-office start and end at your assigned branch location

Responsibilities

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and perform diagnostics and repairs on commercial pool systems and equipment.

  • Provide clear, detailed, and high-quality repair quotes focused on operational efficiency, safety standards, and reputable products.

  • Communicate with customers before arrival to confirm appointments and manage expectations.

  • Keep customers informed during troubleshooting to explain issues and recommended solutions professionally.

  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and provide quotes for additional pool system improvements.

  • Participate in internal team communication via Slack to share repair updates and support operational efficiency.

  • Deliver exceptional service and handle quality control issues promptly to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.

  • Represent the company professionally with a customer-first mindset to resolve service-related concerns.

  • Collaborate with the service team to support daily operations and share knowledge.

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in the pool industry (pool cleaning and repairs) is required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to handle a physically demanding workload.
  • A great team-player attitude with the flexibility to wear multiple hats.

Nice-to-Haves

  • RAIL - Residential Appliance Installer License (Required depending on location)
  • Experience training other technicians
  • Strong understanding of quoting processes matching customer’s needs and expectations.
