As a Plumbing Sales Associate - Plumbing Technician, you organize product displays and ensure every fitting and fixture is in its proper place. You spot which brands are flying off the shelves and share those insights to help adjust and better serve customers. THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience with team leadership and personnel management
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Cross-functional agility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration
  • Ability to perform work independently and under direct supervision
  • Ability and drive to assist team members

Preferred qualifications:

  • Plumbing retail/wholesale experience is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience using an inventory management system (QuickBooks, Eclipse, Savance, etc)
  • Experience with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand dolly, etc)
