The Role
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides the strategic vision and executive leadership for Plexus' global technology organization, ensuring technology serves as a competitive advantage that accelerates business growth. This role is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, architecture, execution, and optimization of enterprise technology, business systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software engineering, and digital innovation across the organization.

Performance Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive technology leadership, including 5 years at the Vice President level or above leading enterprise technology organizations.
- Previous Chief Information Officer experience preferred.
- Direct Selling or global consumer products experience is strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to align enterprise technology with corporate strategy, global growth, and measurable business outcomes.
- Technology Expertise: Advanced knowledge of enterprise applications, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, software engineering, digital platforms, and infrastructure.
