The Security Officer will play a crucial role in preventing incidents and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. *Duties* Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing assistance as needed. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary and assist in investigations. Manage conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism and composure.
Provide first aid or CPR assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site. *Qualifications* Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred but not mandatory. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is a plus. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. A military background or relevant certification can be advantageous.
