What Our Client Needs
Our client is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support commercial and corporate legal needs. This role focuses on contract strategy, data commercialization, and enabling business growth while managing risk.

You think analytically, identify risk quickly, and offer solutions that balance legal protection with business goals. What You’ll Do

You will help protect the organization’s interests while enabling strategic and responsible business growth.

  • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including data commercialization and service contracts
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide practical legal guidance that supports business objectives
  • Advise cross-functional teams including marketing, events, advisory services, and compliance
  • Develop and implement policies, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce risk
  • Collaborate with the General Counsel and legal team on priorities, planning, and process improvements

This role operates in a hybrid environment and does not include supervisory responsibilities.

What You’ll Need

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in good standing with a state bar
  • Experience in a high-volume legal environment, ideally supporting a General Counsel
  • Strong knowledge of privacy laws, software licensing, SaaS, cloud offerings, and data commercialization
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
