    Training Manager / Coordinator - Hart Area

    Training Manager / Coordinator | Hart, MI

    Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

We are collaborating with leading companies in Hart seeking Training Manager / Coordinators to lead and enhance their operations.

    The Opportunity

    We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Hart region seeking Training Manager / Coordinators. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidatesnot just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
    • Coordinate external training providers and manage training schedules.
    • Maintain accurate training records and track employee certifications.
    • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
    • Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and job aids.
    • Manage the learning management system (LMS) for content delivery and user administration.

    Recommended Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
    • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
