Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Grandville seeking Operations Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and quality.
- Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and line workers.
- Monitor manufacturing performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing operational costs.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Experience with ERP system implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
