    Job description

    Gale Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Altamonte Springs, Florida office. Gale is a well-respected national engineering/planning firm celebrating over 62 years in business and rated one of Zweig Group’s “Best Firms to Work For” for the past 13 consecutive years.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • The selected candidate would serve as a Project Engineer on a variety of planning, design, and permitting projects involving industrial, institutional, commercial, multifamily residential, and athletic and recreation facilities development for both public and private clients.

    Requirements:

    • 5-7 years’ experience in civil/site design, land planning and permitting. 
    • Qualified candidates will have solid design capabilities (grading, drainage, utilities, etc.), along with expertise in Civil 3D and AutoCAD. 
    • Knowledge of basic design and construction for Civil engineering related to sports and recreation
    • Familiarity with state and local permitting (environmental and municipal).
    • Registration path required: an EIT preferred, and a Professional Engineer’s (P.E.) license encouraged.
