Phaxis Health solutions has an immediate opening for a Licensed Practical nurse (LPN) in Omaha, Nebraska.
Are you a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for an exciting opportunity to expand your horizons? We have the perfect travel contract for you! We are currently seeking a skilled LPN to join our team for an 8-13 week travel contract in Omaha, Nebraska.
As a travel LPN, you will have the chance to explore the vibrant city of Omaha while gaining valuable experience in a new healthcare setting. This contract offers a unique opportunity to provide quality care to patients in various healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Document all patient interactions, treatments, and medications accurately and timely.
  • Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures and self-care techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Valid LPN license in the state of Nebraska.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN.
  • BLS certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and work autonomously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
