Job Description Job Summary The Program Manager is responsible for leading and executing multiple complex, cross-functional programs that support the organization's Operations function. This individual will partner closely with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives, ensure alignment with company objectives, and deliver programs on time and within budget. This role requires a highly driven, execution-focused professional who operates with urgency, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes full ownership of outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong leadership presence, a competitive mindset, and a relentless drive to win. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Operations programs and initiatives Partner with leadership to define program goals, KPIs, and success metrics Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively Provide regular program updates to stakeholders and executive leadership, including key wins, challenges, and action plans Develop and deliver executive-level presentations Maintain consistent communication across all levels of the organization Drive continuous improvement through adoption of program and change management best practices Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana) to manage workflows and reporting Required Experience & Skills 3+ years of program or project management experience, preferably leading strategic or cross-functional initiatives Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional program management frameworks Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority Hands on experience with JIRA Experience with other project/program management tools Confluence (HIGHLY preferred), Smartsheet, or Asana Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Experience working with and presenting to executive leadership Strong strategic thinking with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes Critical Success Factors (Soft Skills & Traits) Professionally aggressive with a strong sense of urgency and accountability High energy, competitive, and driven to outperform expectations Self-starter who takes initiative without needing direction Strong executive presence with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders Thrives in high-performance, fast-paced environments Results-oriented with a "win-first" mentality Not suited for individuals with a passive or overly soft approach-this role requires assertiveness, decisiveness, and a high-performance mindset Benefits Overview Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options 10% bonus 401(k) with company match Employee equity/stock purchase opportunities Paid time off including holidays, vacation, and sick leave Wellness programs supporting physical, financial, and mental health
