Rising Perspective Counseling is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative mental health care team. This full-time position allows you to provide essential therapeutic services to clients across the United States from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health issues and create personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
  • Deliver engaging individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, adapting approaches to align with clients’ unique therapeutic journeys.
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Utilize teletherapy to remain accessible to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face geographical or mobility constraints.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Engage actively in professional development to refine clinical skills and stay informed on emerging psychotherapeutic practices and methodologies, ensuring the highest standard of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Must hold active and valid licensure as a Social Worker in the state of California.
  • A proven track record with a minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical or mental health settings, providing direct counseling services.
  • No disciplinary actions on your professional record.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor, essential for building rapport with clients and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
  • Familiarity with the latest developments in psychotherapy and a commitment to integrating them into practice.
Preferred Experience

While the required qualifications ensure a strong foundation, candidates with additional experience in teletherapy, group therapy facilitation, or specialized therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded. Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competence in therapy would also enhance your contributions to our team.

  • Annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
